The Bishop Auckland Town Team and The Future of Fore Bondgate traders invite you to dress up in your scary costumes and enjoy some live spooky entertainment on Saturday 26th October.
As part of the entertainment inside the Newgate Shopping Centre North East magician FLASH, as seen on TV’s Britain’s Got Talent, will be doing a Halloween themed magic show. With plenty of opportunities for the kids to come up on stage to help with the magic and win a special Halloween balloon model as a prize.
The Sandra Welsh School of Dance will be performing some spooky dances and there will be live music from Ruth Stapleton.
There’s some prizes up for grabs for the best dressed spooky costumes, join in the Pumpkin Parade which will begin in the Newgate Centre at 12:30pm. For both children and adults.
The entertainment continues into Fore Bondgate from 2pm where Xtreme Dance Fusion will be performing then you can join in with Marko’s Circus Workshop. There will be some spooky performances from Kitty Katz and Tomz and the Bishop Auckland Performing Arts students.
To finish off the event there will be some Halloween Light Projections followed by some Fire Club Spinning.
The town team mascot, ‘Bishop The Boar’ will be making guest appearances throughout the day and there’s also FREE face painting!
All happening inside the Newgate Shopping Centre from 11am till 2pm then in Fore Bondgate from 2pm till 6pm.
