Monster Saturday returns later this month

The Bishop Auckland Town Team invite you to dress up in your scary costumes and enjoy some live spooky entertainment on Saturday 30th October.

Throughout the day Innovations and the Sandra Welsh School of Dance will be performing some spooky dance routines and there will be live music from Ruth Stapleton.

WIN a £25 gift voucher as part of Monster Saturday.  Simply take part in the ‘Monster Hunt’ around the town where all you need to do is find which shop has the ‘Halloween themed’ item from the photos on the flyers.  There is a total of 12 shops taking part which will be listed on the flyers to help you.

Entry cards will be available inside the Newgate Shopping Centre from the Town Team volunteers on the day or download and print your own copy

Completed forms need to be handed back in by no later than 2:25pm on the 30th October.  All correct entries will be put into a hat and the draw will take place at 2:30pm where one lucky person will win a £25 gift voucher!

There’s more prizes up for grabs for the best dressed spooky costumes, join in the Pumpkin Parade which will begin in the Newgate Centre at 12:00pm.

The town team mascot, ‘Bishop The Boar’ will be making guest appearances throughout the day and there’s also FREE face painting!

All happening inside the Newgate Shopping Centre / Fore Bondgate from 10:30am till 2:30pm.
